Fine-ribbed is the term describing right/right knitwear produced on a circular knitting machine. When the material is stretched, alternating right- and left-handed purl stitches can be seen on both sides of the purl row. Sausage & ham manufacturer BEDFORD commissioned the Frankfurt-based photographer TIM THIEL to photograph the motifs for a new recipe magazine with ten different recipes in the style of an editorial. The star of the folder this time was Bedford's regional ham. The motifs were creatively realized by foodstylist Laurent Overmans and stylist Sandra Lindner.
