'Neon City Girl' GLASS MAGAZINE editorial with model Bing Bing by Eric FRIDEEN c/o Sonja Heintschel

'INSPIRED by the disarmament talks between America and North Korea, shot by photographer Eric Frideen, Neon City Girl explores the amalgamation and relationship of the East and West. Styled by Holly Macnaghten using the color red for a dramatic infusion of western culture, along with the styling of the shoot with the intent to juxtapose communism. Layered on top, the chaotic mayhem of China Town in Soho, for a more visually intense effect. Finishing the concept, the photographer’s love of David Bowie and the serene beauty of the model Bing Bing add layers to the story.'

Golpira 2019 jewelry collection photographed by Marco TRUNZ c/o Sonja Heintschel with model and actress Jasmina Al Zihairi

Marco TRUNZ from Sonja Heintschel photographed the latest collection from jewelry label GOLPIRA. Make-up was taken care of by Kristina Griffato. And the model in front of Marco's camera was the enchanting actress Jasmina Al Zihairi, who introduces the campaign on her social media channels as follows: 'May I introduce: New @golpira_official campaign! This collaboration is very dear to my heart. First, I am in love with the minimally designed jewelry which speaks to people who seek beauty in imperfection. But foremost, I’m a huge admirer of the core values the brand proclaims, such as respecting the planet and every person that is involved with the company. The gold nuggets come from Papua New Guinea or Australia. And unlike industrial gold mines, the traditional gold digging process has no impact on the environment. During the gold digging process, no chemicals like cyanide, mercury or other toxic substances are used.'

The jewelry is handcrafted using responsibly sourced materials and featuring unique gold nuggets found from the world‘s most beautiful rainforests. In 2014 Gisa Golpira began her namesake line 'Golpira'. Born from a desire to create unique jewelry made of naturally formed gold nuggets. Golpira is a German jewelry label which offers luxurious, sustainable and unique handmade, fine-gold jewelry, blending Bohemian aesthetics with classic references.
