The black design elements of the AUDI BLACK EDITION set stylish accents and give the Audi models an expressive and individual look and feel. To underscore the look of the models, a campaign was created in which "BLACK" not only characterizes the vehicles but also the mindset of the drivers: to demonstrate strength of character with a consistent appearance. Explained with tongue in cheek and a pinch of black humor.
In addition to four films, a variety of motifs are used in print, online and for trade marketing. The campaign with the claim "Welcome to Black" was developed by Kolle Rebbe Hamburg together with DDB Barcelona. The TV commercials were realized by DDB with Director Alex Feil and Tempomedia. Responsible for production of the motifs were Kolle Rebbe with photographer Kai-Uwe Gundlach and Trey post production.
The campaign is shown on TV and can be seen in several consumer magazines with broad reach as well as in daily newspapers – some with special placement. The comprehensive digital campaign includes banners, homepage events, a variety of special formats and numerous social media measures.

Here on GoSee, she presents us the new TUI employer branding campaign developed by Kolle Rebbe which replaces the cliché of the holiday animator with a contemporary, progressive appearance and relies on illustrations. The claim "Putting people first is what makes us number one" highlights that the people behind it are who make TUI the leading tourism company. As a result, the TUI GROUP presents itself as the ideal employer for top-qualified personnel who are reinventing travel – and want to carry the famous TUI smile into the future.
To realize more than 20 motifs, Fabia Matveev was commissioned by GoSee member kombinatrotweiss-illustration. The fresh portfolio of the young creative impressed both the the client and the agency. "I am a big illustration fan and think illustration is an exciting and intelligent way to convey campaign content. Plus, I am always very happy to work with young talents," Alice Feja tells GoSee about the extensive TUI campaign.
All motifs are smart and made-to-measure for the different professional fields and are part of a toolbox which the individual markets can use with the help of a campaign manual. In addition to classic ads, the package of measures also comprises posters, digital OoH, social ads (including Xing, Linked In), short online films, and the redesign of the landing page tuigroup.com/careers. The campaign will be rolled out in 14 European markets by the end of the financial year. Also on the team: Ralph Poser (MD Strategy), Lennart Wittgen (MD Consulting), Oliver Ramm (Director of Creation), Daniel Ernsting (CD), Ole Kleinhans (CD Art), Christian Rentschler (CD Online), Simon Jasper Phillip CD Art), Petra Cremer (CD Art), Eike Eberhardt (text), Bente Barth (Art), Ann-Katrin Rahe (Strategy), Kevin Claus (Consulting).
