‘Your Bathroom, Not Just Any Bathroom’ – FELIX EISENMEIER photographs the OBI Bathroom Planner for the agency Zum Goldenen Hirschen

FELIX EISENMEIER photographed the new face of the OBI Bathroom Planner – now appearing throughout Germany and in selected European countries. The photos are intended for in-store use but also for posters and, of course, online. For social media, such as personal Instagram stories, a variety of Gifs have been realized additionally. OBI Group Holding is a multinational, European home improvement supplies retail chain headquartered in Wermelskirchen, North Rhine-Westphalia, and is the market leader in Germany. Co-founder Manfred Maus purchased the company name OBI from businessmen who operated a DIY store of the same name in France for 3,000 francs (the equivalent of around 460 €); the name is derived from the French pronunciation of the word ‘hobby’. Buildings and people have changed, but we didn't – we are here, we are friends, we are one.
