Reporting to the company founder and teams in the UK and international markets. The primary function of this role is to support the core team across an array of international projects.
+ Working alongside the account managers and founders to help secure positive international press editorials
+ Oversee and manage the company database whilst compiling bespoke mailings for each project by utilising the resources
+ Media research for new campaigns - thoroughly researching the theme/subject matter within global media
+ Assist in developing, improving and generating new press relationships and contacts
+ Generating and updating weekly electronic client press coverage books
+ Attending client meetings with the founder in a supportive role

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
You will be educated to a degree level
A Mac user with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint and social media
Minimum one year's previous experience in PR and marketing in an agency or in house role working in either the arts. lifestyle or fashion PR.
Well presented and smart appearance
Able to travel and work occasional evenings and when necessary weekends for PR events as required
Languages other than English a great advantage
