HEAD OF ART BUYING •  Kolle Rebbe : Alice Feja new Head of Art Buying at Kolle Rebbe plus various news from the top agency’s art buying

Kolle Rebbe’s art buying is where it’s at: Alice Feja (37) is taking over Emanuel Mugrauer’s department, who is leaving the agency for Berlin and will dedicate his time to projects in interactive media architecture in the future, plus various art- and culture projects.

Alice began her career at Scholz & Friends. The mother of two has been working at Kolle Rebbe for over ten years. And that is no coincidence: in that time, she supervised national and international campaigns for clients such as Lufthansa, Deka Investmentfonds, Ritter Sport or Gauloises.

But that's not all: Katja Sluyter (37) works as senior art buyer in Hamburg as of 1st of March. After stops at Springer & Jacoby and Jung von Matt, she has been working as a freelancer and supervised projects for agencies such as kempertrautmann, BBDO, BSUR Amsterdam, Dentsu or Serviceplan. She is one of Germany's most experienced art buyers.

From the 1st of May, junior art buyer Bastian Will (32) will lend his expertise and experience to the team. Bastian initially studied media communication / journalism with a focus on visual communication and worked as a Junior art buyer at Scholz Friends Neumarkt. Later on, he was made leading visual editor of DARE art magazine, until he left for the Gruner+Jahr economy media photography office, working for Capital and the Financial Times Germany.

Karen Blome (33) will also begin her new job as art buyer at Kolle Rebbe on the 1st of July. She arrives via Jung von Matt, where she has been part of the S.Nagel Crew for the last six years. Her responsibilities included CGI & Motion Picture (and more). Karen has a background in photography design at the Lette-Verein and was a freelance photographer before joining the agency business.

In the future, the art buying will increase its focus on matters of animation and moving image – in close collaboration with the in-house FFF.

Stefan Kolle, GF creation: “Our AB is ready to take on all changes and movements that may occur in the digitalised world of media. At the same time, it is a source of inspiration for our creatives.”
