The ''Hasselblad Heroines'' project was launched on International Women's Day on 8 March to celebrate and showcase the achievements of female photographers worldwide. In weekly spotlights, the heroines share their experiences with their camera and give tips and inspiration for other photographers.
HASSELBLAD HEROINES are Anna Devís, a trained architect living in the Spanish city of Valencia, focusing on creative, conceptual photography, Hasselblad-Masters Kamilla Hanapova, photographer from St. Petersburg, Russia, with her passion for portrait, beauty and architecture photography, ... 2018 Hasselblad-Masters Tina Signesdottir Hult from Norway, specializing in art, portraits and conceptual themes ... as well as Maria Svarbova.
''We have developed the heroines feuilleton to lend even more depth to the diversity of experiences and perspectives we share in our channels. We hope these stories provide inspiration and insights for other photographers who want to master their work,'' said Sarah Martzloff, Social Media Manager at Hasselblad.
