We are delighted to welcome new GoSee entry ROGER WEBER. The fashion and beauty photographer is known for his high-end fashion productions. The native of Munich has lived and worked in a variety of metropoles such as London, New York, Hamburg, Barcelona, or Paris and now commutes between Paris and Munich. “The look of my images is quite cinematic, influenced by movies and paintings. I love the magical interplay of light and shadow.”
“I draw my creative inspiration from the city of Paris as well as the museums and art galleries of the French fashion capital. I photograph mainly in the areas of fashion and beauty, but I also do classic advertising, and yes with real people,” the simpatico photographer tells GoSee, for whom teamwork is always an essential part of the equation. “Teamwork is very important to me, and creating a story with talented people at a unique location is the secret of my work.”
Besides agencies from the fashion and advertising industries, his clients include international fashion magazines such as VOGUE, ELLE, MARIE CLAIRE, LÓFFICIEL, COSMOPOLITAN... just to name a few.
In his new fashion spread for ELLE BULGARIA entitled “The racers wife... a story about a beautiful woman in an old Maserati”, Roger flexes his skill in staging cars with sensual flair. He photographed the fashion special with a Maserati Indy from 1974 at a former racecourse just outside of Paris, for which he found the perfect model in Adrianna Gradziel @ Karinmodels Paris. Styling was taken care of by Anja Shahinnya, and the beauty part was in the hands of Vera Dierckx @ Nina Klein Agency. Production was wrapped up by GoSee member JPPS Production Paris with final touches by GoSee member RETUSH Creative Retouching.
