Fit for the Future – MATTHIAS ALETSEE photographs for DAIMLER TRUCK AG in the gravel quarries of Bärnreuther + Deuerlein
MATTHIAS ALETSEE photographed new motifs of MERCEDES-BENZ Trucks for the agency Code Red and on commission for Daimler Truck AG. The motifs were photographed at a gravel quarry of Bärnreuther + Deuerlein. In 2010, the companies Bärnreuther, Deuerlein and Thomas merged to form Bärnreuther+Deuerlein Schotterwerke GmbH & Co. KG. It is operated already in the third generation by Anna Bärnreuther, Managing Director at Bärnreuther Transport.
MERCEDES-BENZ TRUCKS : “Being thrown in at the deep end” – is precisely how Anna Bärnreuther recalls her first experience of working for her family’s business at the age of 21. Only three years later, she joined the management of Bärnreuther + Deuerlein from Upper Palatinate, Germany. Although she was familiar with the company from an early age through her father and uncle, she still had to acquire the key specialist knowledge herself. Today, after chalking up a few years of experience, she is getting her company and its Mercedes-Benz fleet ready for the future.”
