Kuchi, Madame Ngo, Cocolo Ramen, 893 – the list of his restaurants goes on and on and continues to grow from one year to the next. Photographer duo Neumann & Rodtmann c/o SOLAR UND FOTOGRAFEN accompanied German-Vietnamese chef and restaurateur The Duc Ngo, who meanwhile operates eleven restaurants in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main. The Duc Ngo came to Spandau in West Berlin as a refugee in 1979. In 2017, he was honored by business and technology development agency Berlin Partner as Culinary Innovator 2017.
