Meet Lilli Langenheim, Senior Art Director DDB Berlin, as a GoSeeAWARDS juror this year at UPDATE in Berlin. The multiple award-winning creative is in charge of art direction, conception, shoots and post production for Volkswagen, Pink Ribbon Germany, AEG, Electrolux, Deutsche Telekom, Partypoker, or Immowelt.
The native of Berlin recently made a big splash with the campaign “Check it before it’s removed” for PINK RIBBON. In Cannes, it won 12 Lions making it the most successful German campaign.
Background: PINK RIBBON Deutschland wishes to raise awareness for the topic of breast cancer and encourage women to have their breasts checked regularly. Together with DDB BERLIN, PINK RIBBON called for women to participate on International Women's Day. The campaign photos were supposed to be shared on Facebook and Instagram. “We used the strict censorship rules of Facebook and Instagram to do something good for once. Because the more the posts are shared and the more they are removed from social media, the stronger the message is supported and spread: Check your breasts. Now! Because early diagnosis of breast cancer is important for all women!”, Lilli Langenheim, Art Director at the creative agency DDB Berlin, explains. And the social networks could hardly censor the photos and delete them fast enough. Check it before it’s removed!... It was a quick success: Check it out before it’s removed!
