STRAVA is a social network for internet-based tracking of sports activities, such as cycling, jogging, swimming, skiing or rowing. It is operated by the company of the same name headquartered in San Francisco.

Photographer Lucas Garrido personally ran across São Paulo and photographed the new STRAVA campaign, and at his side were the athletic producers from Two Palms Productions.

Members of Strava can save the distances they have covered using a mobile app for smartphones or compatible GPS devices, including information on duration, elevation, speed, effort, temperature or energy expenditure. It is then possible to analyze the data in greater detail and compare personal performance with other members of the network.

Some of the services offered are free of charge, but the functionality can be expanded for a fee.
