The agency Strobinski lets soccer player Lukas Podolski ride an elephant or surf on cars for XTiP Sports Bets... And founder & Creative Director Jörg Sachtleben supports the GoSeeAWARDS in 2018 as a juror

Berlin-based advertising agency STROBINSKI, which was just founded by Jörg Sachtleben and Jens Agotz at the beginning of 2018, presented its first work for the client XTiP Sports Bets in March. Front and center is everybody's favorite soccer World Champion Lukas Podolski and an elephant. Right on time for the World Cup, the feel-good campaign enters the next round. And the new TV commercial too was also staged at a fast pace, with lots of humor and the ready & willing Lukas Podolski.

Just imagine – Berlin Spring 2018. In the backseat of a car, a young man criticizes the World Cup tips of a girlfriend. He says that Lukas Podolski is more likely to take him to Moscow for the final than Iceland surviving the preliminary round. That's women and soccer for you... Then the inevitable happens: Enter Lukas. Our Cologne jack-of-all-trades lands on the roof of the car like a superhero and guides the driver straight to Moscow with his signature grin. Why? Iceland is participating for the first time in the finals, and after the European Championship in 2016, in a major football tournament for the second time. Iceland has replaced Trinidad & Tobago as the country with the fewest inhabitants to participate in the World Cup, and with a population of 334,000, is the first country with less than 1 million inhabitants.

You want to go to Moscow too now? XTiP is raffling off coveted tickets for the World Cup final among all its World Cup betters. Both spots were filmed in Berlin. The film production took place at e+p films and was directed by Tim Löhr. Post production was taken care of by KAEPTN from Hamburg, and the music came from German Wahnsinn.

Agency founder Jörg Sachtleben is supporting the GoSeeAWARDS this year as a juror. Together with Jens Agotz, he founded the advertising agency Strobinski in Berlin. The two internationally acclaimed creatives know each other from their time at Scholz & Friends. "Advertising no longer competes with advertising, but with Youtube videos, fashion bloggers and Instagram users. You can only win this competition for attention with unusual ideas," Jörg Sachtleben tells us about his understanding of advertising." He moved from Scholz & Friends Düsseldorf to the capital just this April. "We work efficiently. In small teams. With flat hierarchies. And competent partners. With journalists, designers and digital experts. And with lots of fun."

Jörg Sachtleben began his career at BBDO Düsseldorf. In 2007, he switched to Art RSCG as Art Director. One year later, Sachtleben went to Scholz & Friends Hamburg and was promoted to Creative Director and Unit Director. In 2012, he became managing director at Katapult Kommunikation, which was the responsible lead agency for Porsche. From 2013 to 2018, he was the managing director of Scholz & Friends Düsseldorf. He is a member of the ADC.

Jens Agotz began his career at Zum goldenen Hirschen in Berlin. In 2002, he switched to Weigertpirouzwolf Hamburg where he worked as a copywriter. Four years later, Agotz went to Scholz & Friends and was promoted to Creative Director and Unit Director. In 2014, he took over creative direction at Zum goldenen Hirschen Berlin. In 2016, Agotz became self-employed as a freelance Creative Director.

Agotz and Sachtleben have already won numerous national and international awards. They were successful at the Effie Award, ADC, Rames, Clio Awards, the Cannes Lions, and the New York Festival just to name a few.
